Q&R AGGREGATES SHOW THAT ACTING ON CLIENT FEEDBACK DELIVERS GREAT RETURN

Q&R Client Satisfaction Pulse Check™ s deliver 11 percentage point service improvements within six months

5th October, 2015, Question and Retain, the online Pulse Check™ consultancy, shared the results of its latest Q&R aggregates today showing how agencies who act positively on the back of client feedback, reap the dividends in performance scores.

Covering the topics of overall satisfaction, creativity, strategic counsel and willingness to recommendation, the latest results show a minimum increase of seven percentage points for all.  In particular, creativity saw an increase of 11 percentage points.

Annabel Dunstan, Co-Founder at Question and Retain (Q&R) commented, “For us the proof is in the pudding – the latest set of results show that if you act on the insight your clients give you, you will see positive, productive results.  You need to have broad shoulders to work in PR.  However, if you can see all feedback as an investment by the client of their relationship in you and receive it constructively, then you will be enlightened.  Over the last 18 months, Q&R Pulse Check™s have delivered over 400 active recommendations across our client base.  That’s a great opportunity to drive organic growth across your client portfolio – no matter what size of agency you are.”

Q&R Aggregates ran from January – September 2015 & January – December 2014.
